SureTag Complete DNA Labeling Kit

The SureTag Complete DNA Labeling Kit provides all the necessary reagents for a complete enzymatic labeling solution. All components for sample fragmentation, labeling and clean-up are included. Two vials of Agilent Male and Female Human Reference DNA are also included. The reference DNA is a high quality, genotyped DNA from normal male and female individuals, Caucasian ethnicity.

The SureTag Complete DNA Labeling Kit generates robust cyanine-labeled genomic DNA targets for optimal hybridization signals with high signal-to-noise ratio and low probe-to-probe variability. Efficient labeling provides reproducibility, confidence and maximum sensitivity in your experimental results.

  • The kit is manufactured under ISO 13485 compliance and validated for use with Agilent microarrays

  • Sample required per reaction is 500 ng genomic DNA or 3 µg amplified genomic DNA
  • DNA columns are included for the removal of the unincorporated dye after labeling

The SureTag DNA Labeling Kit provides all the reagents for sample fragmentation, enzymatic labeling and clean-up. Agilent recommends using SureTag Complete DNA Labeling kit that also includes Genomic Reference DNA for a complete solution.

Genomic DNA ULS Labeling Kit

Utilizing Kreatech's Universal Linkage System (ULS™), Agilent's Genomic DNA ULS Labeling Kit efficiently generates Cy-labeled genomic targets for use with the Agilent Oligo aCGH system. Effective for genomic DNA isolated from tissues, cells, blood and FFPE samples, this non-enzymatic method directly labels genomic DNA with fluorescent dyes, thereby avoiding the typical challenges you face with degraded samples obtained from FFPE tissues.

Genomic DNA High-Throughput ULS Labeling Kit

Utilizing Kreatech's Universal Linkage System (ULS™), Agilent's Genomic DNA ULS Labeling Kit efficiently generates Cy-labeled genomic targets for use with the Agilent Oligo aCGH system. Effective for genomic DNA isolated from tissues, cells, blood and FFPE samples, this non-enzymatic method directly labels genomic DNA with fluorescent dyes, thereby avoiding the typical challenges you face with degraded samples obtained from FFPE tissues.

  • Sufficient two-color labeling reaction reagents for 16 samples (1-pack format), 24 samples (2-pack format), 48 samples (4-pack format) and 96 samples (8-pack format)
  • Input requirement is 0.25 - 2 ug per reaction depending on the array format of choice and sample type
  • Utilizes a non-enzymatic, direct labeling technology without the need of template amplification
  • Agilent-CGHblock should be stored at -20°C; remaining kit contents should be stored at 4°C
