The Brilliant Multiplex qPCR Master Mix allows researchers four-target amplification in a single real-time PCR reaction. The Brilliant Multiplex qPCR Master Mix provides sufficient reaction components to accurately quantify low- and high-abundance targets in one tube. Sensitivity is equivalent to singleplex.
