Restriction Enzymes

The high-purity DpnI restriction enzyme is ideal for cloning and Southern blot analysis, and used for site-directed mutagenesis. Stringent quality control is achieved via pBluescript phagemid cloning assay. This assay tests the overall quality of the restriction enzyme used when cloning into the multiple cloning site of the pBluescript II phagemid vector.

Each DpnI restriction enzyme purchase includes an optimal (10X) buffer and/or a 10X concentrate of Universal buffer. Buffers undergo strict quality control to ensure maximum utility across our line of restriction enzymes.
