Gene Expression Universal Reference RNAs

Agilent's Universal Reference RNAs are to be used as a reference for gene-profiling experiments. Since RNA species differ in abundance between cell lines, an ideal reference sample should represent these. Equal quantities of DNase-treated total RNA from each cell line were pooled to make the Universal Reference RNA.

We provide reference RNA for Human (from 10 cell lines), Mouse (UMRR from 11 mouse cell lines) and Rat (from 14 cell lines). These Universal Reference RNAs are optimal for microarray experiments. Discover more.
