Nucleic Acid Concentration from OD₂₆₀ Calculator

Calculator to give the concentration of DNA, RNA, and oligonucleotides based on spectrophotometer readings at OD₂₆₀.

This calculator uses the extinction coefficients for dsDNA (50), ssDNA (40), RNA (40) or the approximate extinction coefficient for single stranded oligonucleotides (33)  to calculate the nucleic acid concentration from the Optical Density (OD₂₆₀) reading taken with a spectrophototometer.
